Design Notes
This part has built-in BsaI cutsites surrounding a P1005 tetracycline resistance cassette. Digestion at these sites produces an A overhang at the 5' end and a B overhang at the 3' end consistent with the Biobytes 2.0 Assembly Method. NOTE: this part is in a pSB1A3 backbone.
